Springtime is one of Iran’s most beautiful times of year when the temperature is mild, the sun warms up, the days are long and the gardens are green and blooming. Although summer is a traditional “low season” for inbound tourism in this country, domestic tourism is at its peak time due to the school holidays. There are some provinces with pleasant weather during June, July and August such as Azerbaijan and Fars. Fars is called “little Iran” as it has a four-season weather and the temperature varies between 25° and 40° Celsius at this time. For instance, Sepidan is one of the northern counties in Fars province with a lot of natural attractions and comfortable climate in summer time.
Here in Iran Snow usually coats the mountains from November to March. If you are a ski lover meet us then when you can enjoy the warm water spas, as well. You may also add southern cities to your Iran tour. Persian ocean islands like Kish and Qeshm are great destinations in winters; fantastic natural and geological attractions at the Qeshm geopark and Kish coral beaches are worth visiting. In general Iran is a cheap destination for foreign tourists but if you’re a budget traveler and you’re looking to save a dollar or two, visiting Iran during March, April and October is not a wise selection.
