can get visas on arrival that allow stays of up to 30 days. The fee for the VOA visa varies between 40 and 145 EURO. Visas on arrival can be extended but the process is hard and there are no guarantees.
The MFA recommends that anyone planning to get a VOA with a later extension, consider getting a tourist visa instead.

Go to the Foreign Affairs/Visa counter on arrival at the airport
Fill out a form, including contact information for the hotel where you are staying
Go to the airport bank and make the payment for your visa
Return to the visa counter with your passport, completed form and receipt from the bank
Wait while the visa application is being processed and the visa is put into your passport
Collect your visa
